How long does a project take?
A Launch website takes 7–14 days, Grow takes 3–4 weeks and Scale takes 5–8 weeks. Content readiness and approval speed affect the schedule.
What happens if I cancel the Care Plan?
You can export the website and migrate it to your own hosting. The pricing section states a 12-month minimum; review your written agreement before cancellation. This page does not change existing contract terms.
Will I own the code and design?
Yes. Repository, domain, accounts and assets transfer at launch as agreed. Ongoing responsibilities are defined in the Care Plan.
How many revision rounds are included?
Launch includes 2 rounds, Grow includes 4 and Scale includes unlimited revisions during the project. After launch, revisions fall under the Care Plan.
Do you work with clients worldwide?
Yes. Raydn works remotely with businesses worldwide, based in Miami, Florida. We can discuss your project in English or Spanish.
Can I pay in installments?
The existing terms are 50% to start and 50% at launch, with 3 payments offered for Scale projects. The Care Plan is billed monthly.
Can I add a Care Plan after the setup?
That is discussed in your proposal. The pricing section states a 12-month minimum for the displayed packages; confirm the applicable arrangement before committing.
What do you need to begin?
Your business goals, current site, service or product content, brand materials and relevant access. We define responsibilities at the initial consultation.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. We review useful content and URLs before agreeing a redesign, migration or targeted optimization.
Do you work with Shopify?
Shopify is offered for suitable commerce projects alongside custom React and TanStack Start websites. Platform selection depends on requirements and maintenance needs.
What is included in the Care Plan?
The pricing section lists hosting, updates, backups, monthly revisions and priority support. The agreed package defines the included editing allowance and responsibilities.
What are the existing satisfaction terms?
The existing FAQ offer states a 50% setup-fee refund if an unresolved delivery concern remains within 30 days of launch. Confirm all conditions in the written proposal; this page does not create or change a contract.
Can you help with copy and content?
Content work can be included in the project scope. Confirm deliverables, English or Spanish requirements and any additional cost in the proposal.
How does SEO work?
Technical foundations include meaningful pages, metadata, canonical URLs and crawl files. Ongoing content and measurement require a defined scope. No ranking or timeframe is guaranteed.
Can my website connect to other services?
We review supported services, provider accounts, access and ongoing fees before agreeing integrations. Real delivery must be tested, not simulated.
