01 — Arrival

Stone that holds the shade.

A gravel path climbs through old olives to a recessed oak door. The limestone volumes are carved deep, so every entrance arrives in shadow before opening to the sea.

02 — Light

Seven metres of morning.

Double-height living rooms rise to an oak ceiling. A single vertical window draws the horizon into the room, and the sun travels the limestone wall through the day.

03 — Material

Three materials. Nothing else.

Honed coastal limestone, rift-sawn oak and a brass reveal where they meet. A restrained palette, detailed so the joints become the ornament.

04 — Residences

Every room keeps the sea.

Bedrooms are wrapped in oak with long, low windows set at the height of a resting eye — so the horizon is the first thing you see.
